Me and my wife went last night to look at patio furniture, and let me tell you: Garrett was incredibly helpful, nice, and attentive. He helped us pick out and load our set of furniture, and made our trip seamless and enjoyable. He was super awesome!

We bought a washer a couple of weeks ago, and it did not work correctly. I called that night and requested a replacement. They scheduled the replacement and pick-up of the defective one. The driver came and started to take it, but stated he had no replacement. I called Lowes and told them what happened, she placed me on hold, and then my call went to a call center. I was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours getting this corrected. This is horrible customer service.

*I noticed this listed the wrong Lowes location. My complaint was with the Etown location. Seriously, Lowes, you're getting really bad. Not only is it impossible to reach anyone on the phone (literally, no one answered for 20 minutes) but you're sending customers themselves out to the parking lot to get carts? After not being able to find a lumber cart in the first several aisles where they normally are, I asked for help at the pro counter. I was told o could go look for one outside. Sure enough, that's where they all were, piled in and around the cart corral. Maybe instead of sending the customers, send a worker to bring them inside? Then next, I order (12) 80l lb bags of concrete mix and ask for help loading. They send me an extremely overweight man who could barely get them on my tailgate. I had to climb up and stack them myself in the truck bed. I'm used to doing the work myself, especially at Lowes, but I specifically asked for help because I'd just had a procedure done and was on a 20 lb restriction. Should've known better! The 3 star is being generous because of the times you have provided good service.

These issues are not mistakes. The business hopes that we, the customers, don't realize the items are incorrectly ringing up. While checking out, the cashier is trained to keep us busy with compliments. That ain't gonna work on ME! How many people don't realize that the item was ringing up at regular pric Shame on you Lowe's!

Was very disappointed i picked the items I needed and took them to the checkout proceeded to check out and use a coupon. The lady at the counter was really friendly but could not help. She called the manager to help us she said she would be over. We waited several minutes and nobody came so I asked the lady how much longer it would be she called back and said the manager was at customer service desk and could not leave. Wanted me to go to service desk so she could help me and have to stand in line again. I got extremely frustrated and just left. I was not going to stand in line all that time and wait and then go stand in Another line. Was very upset would not go back to this location.
